I was told with the little stand alone groovers to use center on a plus lens and front / rear on a minus lens, can someone explain why it isn't just center all the time? Is it because a center groove would make stuff stick out the front on like a -5? But then wouldn't a rear grove make that even worse?
Why center grove on + and front/rear on - ?
