Mentor – mentoring our staff to be their best, scheduling training, and teaching skills to our staff
Marketing – managing physician referrals with visits, treats and creative reminders
Managing – the experience for the patients. Let them see only the best of us, and our practice
Engage- comfortable with managing the employee experience, and patient experience
Business – payroll, HR functions, growth plans, and budgeting too!
