I joined this forum back in 2012 to know more about my family business in optical retail accessories distributor. However I lost interest and now Im back and hope to be more active in this industry.
I plan to start a lens distribution/Lab in my location tapping on my family business contacts. We have supply more than 80% of the retailers in my area and im hoping to use this as my advantage.
However as its a new thing to us, and Im seeking for a mentor or some advice if any possible on how to make this successful.
