A new client arrives in the office with a pair of eyeglasses and a new Rx. They wish to use their same frame, which has an unknown brand of FF surfaced lenses. Identification marks are visable, but without a know marking chart, it is impossible to verify seg height, optical centers, corridor depth or any other characteristics of their present lense. Yes we will take the PD , measure seg heights and do all of the necessary things, but how can we be sure the client will re-adjust to "our FF lense " versus his origional ones.
