A little back story, the lady I work with is on maternity leave so that leaves me to help everyone on the optical side. I'm a little behind and tell the rep that It's going to be me for about 4 months or so. She offers to help to dispense glasses when I need help and that she's certified. That threw me off a bit, but thought it was a nice gesture. Anything else happen like that to you? or have any weird rep stories?
