Give or take. I'm looking for zero decentration but the patient's PD is binocular 55. She is a grown woman, wears contacts most of the time but needs useable glasses. Her current pair is a pair of childrens glasses that she just smushes on her face and barely reach her ears.
No bifocal is needed, just as small and centered as possible. Zyl or Metal is an option.
Dear Optiboarders give me help. The best I had in store was still around 5 millimeters of decentration. I've fit things like this before but her difficult PD to head width ration is making this harder for me than normal.
