We had a husband and wife come in and they had Tricare. They had a referral from their Dr to have eye exams with us (they had an exam last year and their version of tricare only covers every other year). Their referral didn't have the referring providers NPI on it. Do I need that to file my claims or will it be ok without it? I have tried calling the office a few times now and no one answers or calls me back.
