Grinberg, 43, along with his estranged wife and business partner, Diana Gets - along with Steven Schuster, the owner of MKM-Medical Supplies - were charged in a 148-count indictment for allegedly working together to pocket about $3.4 million.
All of the cooperating witnesses who testified in the grand jury are doctors, who have an inherent reason to lie. They have their licenses on the line," said Grinberg's attorney, Todd A. Spodek, outside of court on Wednesday.
