TART OPTICAL in California headquarter is a fraudulent business. BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT BUY anything from this company.
I'd been place an $1,000 USD order at June 2015 with full payment but never receive my order until today. The owner David and Zoila keep making up some excuses and they don't reply email or phone call anymore from 2 months ago.
It's a sham that they made the brand name as a scam. Tart optical used to be a well know brand around the world and it still very popular at Asia especially Japan.
