So we are doing some major cleaning here in our office and realized we have glasses that have been waiting here for 2+years. I know in certain cases you can return the lenses for credit after a set amount of time. However, I do not know what the time period or rule is for keeping glasses that have been purchased using insurance. Does anybody know this or do you guys just keep the glasses in your office until patient picks them up?
