Need a wide NV field PAL HELP!

I need some advice on a patient. Here is a little background info on her.


Age 65

IOC OS - ten years

Currently wears J&J Difinity and she loves the wide field of vision at near.

Rx is

OD -4.00-0.75x045 ADD +2.25

OS -1.00-1.00x055 ADD +3.25


Patient has Davis Vision and I am very limited on the PALs I can offer her. She wants very wide NV Field.


Choices are :


Hoya Summit ECP

Varilux Physio

Zeiss GT2

Shamir intouch

Shamir/MyFocal HD (I'm not familiar with this)


Any advice on the best PAL would be greatly appreciated.
