Established practice searching for a full-time Optometrist for their busy practice in South Phoenix, AZ.

The practice opportunity includes:

• Busy patient base- all ages and income levels
• Salary based on experience $110K-$120K + Bonus (ranges from $5K-$7.5K)
• Great Benefits Package including CE and 401K
• Can participate in long-term or short-term Disability Group Plan
• Medical optometry is encouraged - the more medical performed, the more money you make
• Techs work up all patients and do history
• Electronic Health Records
• Practice open Monday thru Saturday, Work five days a week

Requirements: O.D. licensed to practice in AZ.
