Great opportunity to join a practice located in the Southeastern Phoenix, AZ Region.

What this practice opportunity includes:

• Busy patient base- all ages and income levels
• Salary $110K-$120K (based on experience) + Bonus (range from $5K-$7.5K first year)

• Can participate in long-term or short-term Disability Group Plan
• Fully-equipped office
• Techs do pre-test and history
• Practice as much medical optometry as deem comfortable for you
• More medical you can perform, more money you make
• Perform Eye exams, fit contacts and prescribe eyeglasses
• EHR
• Work 5 days a week, practice open Mon-Sat.

Requirements: O.D. licensed to practice in AZ.
