I had a patient come in

-5.25 -0.25 x180 pd 33/33.5 oc 25
frame is a gant 55/16/145
Aspheric 1.67 with Transitions Gray and Crizal Avance
he came in saying when he looked off to his right it would be blurry in spots (he has a two monitor set up). (My guess was abberations because of his high rx, or PD changing to monocular, his old one was 65/61)
also he complained that certain colors would pop more, kinda like a 3d effect.
The 3D thing kinda threw me off. I was wondering if it was due to his PD's. Any help would be greatly appreciated ?
