Binculars focus better than glasses...these glasses are wrong!!!

Patient is complaining that new glasses are not focusing through the left eye the way they do when he looks through binoculars left eye piece. I assume it's aperture and magnification systems being different. Am I right?

Right -.25 -.25 x 150
Left -.25 -.75 x 180

old rx 2013
right -.25 -.50 x 135
left -.25 -.50 x 180

Help me decipher Doc's notes:

RX shows no real change without improvement
SL shows MUILD-MOD
CN Changes OS>OD causing complaint

I'm afraid he's the type that no explanation will be sufficient however. After all, what do OD's know about correcting vision that the patient doesn't? :rolleyes:
