Cost of optical ecommerce website.

Hey guys, just wanted to hear some of your opinions on what would anyone of you, if interested, would spend on building an ecommerce website to sell glasses. I know its a tricky question and all depends. I know, I know,.. but still, lets assume a website that sells 1000 high end frames with professionally taken images? The reason I`m asking is because I received an offer to purchase a website for 20k. Just wanted to see if that`s a reasonable amount to pay?
