Virginia Eyemed Insurance Bill

As some of you know, Virginia passed a Bill in 2015 restricting vision care insurance from forcing us to use their labs starting in January 2016. The Bill gives all of us the freedom to choose our own lab and supply frames and lenses. This applies to EyeMed and others.

I'm in search of someone in Virginia who has opted to go with the new contract allowing you to furnish frames and lenses rather than sourcing from an insurance company lab. I am trying to get some information about how the change has affected your charge backs/reimbursements on frames and lenses. I would greatly appreciate any information.
